Research and Development
For several months, we have been working on the design of our first ergonomic standing pommel. Our first version has formed a promising basis despite some challenges encountered: a slight offset of the print head during manufacturing, as well as an adjustment problem at the junction with the rifle.
These experiences allowed us to quickly identify areas for improvement and lay the foundations for future product developments.
2nd prototype
We then developed a second prototype, which fully met our expectations. This one offered significantly more comfortable ergonomics, with an optimized 3D file comprising more than 10,000 faces, as well as better management of the part's height.
This prototype was a decisive step since it allowed us to design our final product, Ora 1.0 : a standing pommel optimized in height and equipped with a fixing system directly compatible with the original one of the rifle, guaranteeing maximum solidity.
